Theoretically, yes if a civil suit was brought. But chances are they will not have the equity to pay any suit brought against them (since they're having to steal in the first place!) I'm sure most people just take the hit on insurance.

I was half expecting him to get away because the helicopter and the police cruisers all had to stop for gas, lol!!
now that would of been a story

The rear sway bar reduces available traction to the rear during a slide/swerve. It can actually make a rear end slide harder to control.

it was stolen from in front of a doughnut shop... I'll bet the keys were in the ignition.

Well, I mean, at least it held up right? Not much of a getway car but it seems to take a beating. It looks too cute from that view. It's absolutely intolerable.
