Ok - so update is coming as soon as I can upload the pictures to my computer and get them onto my Flickr account. Will update the original post with the new pictures.

Side note - I really like what I've done with the bamboo, but I find it a little plain for my tastes. I'm thinking of doing some Sumi E painting on it, but I think I need to find a fabric for my door panels/headliner before painting on something that doesn't match the fabric.

Oh and sex wax smell = delicious.

Whether you're biting Dub-style or not you did a hell of a good job man! The quality of your work is to be admired, even if the finished product isn't every ones cup of tea. I love it, but I'm biased, when I owned a Jetta wagon (an 04 1.8T) I did the wood floor thing and I adored it. My wife despised that car and every mod I ever performed on it unfortunately. I think the floor looks really fabulous in the Fit, and would do it to mine but it would probably end in divorce so....

here is a pic of the floor I did in my Jetta, it isn't half as good as yours came out but what the hell.

Hmmm. Maybe Tatami Mats would be cool.

I'm actually thinking about cutting out a grass mat to serve as a rear floor mat right now.... If it looks bad - thats what, three dollars down the drain?

Type 100 is that your floor? I like yours even better, the blonde wood really stands out against the black! Damn it now you clowns have got me wanting to do mine. I'll just try to remember the sound of thirty Wal-Mart bags thundering across my wood floor every time i took a corner in the Jetta. I think I lost about a hundred bucks worth of busted merchandise before I bought one of those bungee cord "spider-web" nets to hold all my shit in place.

Nope, that's still my interior. In that pic the bamboo is closest to its actual color though. Check my first post
