What kind of fabric did you use? I've just started searching for my pattern but I'm not sure which materials will hold up the best

It's a vinyl. Looks and feels like leather.

Looks good to me. I should have added deadening. Did it help with heat at all?

A little, hard to quantify how much.

I think doing the visors are a must. I like how it turned out though. It's kinda funny but after seeing Ray's the other day I have been staring at my headliner at stop lights wondering if I have the balls to do it.

Not my cup-o-tea, but you did an amazing job on the headliner there. Wish I had custom fab skills like that.

Ha ha that'd be cool, I like that idea!
You could do that effect with a tone-on-tone matte print over a gloss surface which is what I'd prefer. So the pattern would be subtle until the light hit it.
