Quick midnight photoshoot
I waxed Sandie for the first time this year and I thought I'd show you guys what she's been up to since her last real photoshoot.
Old Mods
-T1R Carbon Intake
-Weapon-R Intake Manifold
-DEPO JDM-style LED tails (red/smoke)
-PW:JDM license plate relocator
-Red Honda emblems front/rear
-Red dot "Fit" emblem
-Tanabe Front Strut Bar
New mods added for 2009
-Last Station Powerbox replacing the T1R
-Wrapped my Weapon-R Intake manifold
-Cusco oil catch
-Skunk2 Springs (I need coilovers badly)
-Progress Rear Sway Bar
-Megan B-pipe and Axle-back
-Mugen Short Shifter
-Team Voodoo countersunk shift knob
-TIR shift boot/e-brake cover (blue stitch)
-Charcoal Black Rota (ya...I know) Slipstreams
-Falken Azenis RT-615's
-Blox Racing Anodized Purple Lug Nuts
-Catch can, valve cover (yes valve cover. Not intake manifold cover), and intake painted purple to match lugs.
-Helios HID PnP kit with 4900k bulbs (low beam only)
-Zeta Dead Pedal
-Blox Racing Billet Oil Cap (Gold with painted Purple accent)
-Skunk2 Reservoir covers
and I think there's more but I can't remember offhand. I'll be picking up my iKONA grill/rear badgeless garnish tomorrow as well as installing my hondafittuner bumper garnish. I'll be taking more pics once that happens, though it's supposed to rain so I may hold off. Better Engine pics to come
And the reason you're looking at this thread....
The pics
Here's what she looked like last time I took any pictures.
...and what she looks like now
What? Sorry, I can't hear you! These next 2 pictures are really NOISY!
Even though they're Rotas, I'm very happy with them
at least they got some real rubber on them
no tripod ftw
obligatory "no parking" shot
Schaumburg's finest
This was the best I could do here
Warp Speed, Mr. La Forge
please go away
.: Edit :. DAYTIME PICS
first up...the engine
Installed iKONA rear badgeless garnish and rear lower garnish
Installed iKONA icon grill
iKONA personified. Meet John (tall) and Manny (not as tall, but still taller than me)
Sorry for the terrible photo quality. I'm using a crappy point and shoot (Sony DSC-W55)
BONUS PIC:
My Kittahs, Anakin and Rambo

Hey! I saw your car downtown the other day on Michigan ave, I think. I saw the decals and that's how I found this website lol. Unless there's another black fit on black wheels driving around Chicago with those decals. Car looks real nice!
What else do you have planned?

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I'm at iKONA's shop right now getting my pieces so I'll add some pics of those.
Supakingkoopa: Rambo is almost 18 months old. He weighs over 15 Lbs and it's all in his ass LOL. I still have yet to determine the exact culprit for the CEL
FitVic: I figure there's a lot of black base fits out there like mine. Black on black is very common. But I likes it anyways. All my color is under the hood I'll be posting some better pics of the engine bay later on once I get a chance to detail it this afternoon
And I do remember you saying I looked like a fit cop with my steelies LOL. That's why I took that pic with the squad car

haha I wasn't sure how people would feel about all the purple under the hood.
I was trying to go for 2 things: clean, stealthy, conservative outside but srcretly flashy and colorful while still functional inside
In any case, I love how my car is right now. It's not JDM, it's not rice, it's just mine
