I hate only having pics from my phone. They come out so fuzzy. I see you put the front plate on. Looks good. I actually like off centered plates compared to no plate.\

How much did you spend on the roof rack set up. And please dont tell me you got that bike just to put it up there to be cool lol. I actually have a red haro sitting in my garage just waiting to be on top of the fit.

Any pictures? I bought these already assembled from another user.

The left side light is perfect and looks great but the right side is sealed shitty. You can see some sealant and the fitment isn't perfect is bothers the hell out of me but no one else can really notice.

I went with 6000k because it's the highest legal limit and supposedly the closest to true white. It gives a little blue tint that I like a lot.

I love biking before I had a car that's where all my money and time went. A bunch of friends riding bikes is such a fun time!

I had a haro with light weight wheels and petals and a free coaster I put a lot of money in it then I had an ex girlfriend smash the shit out of it with her car and throw it on my front lawn. then she banged my friend. Wish i still had that bike but last year I picked up a haro for when I start to feel out of shape I go for a ride.

You can always pop them open, or heat them up more to get them to seal better. The oven at my brothers house was too small to fit the headlights in so I had to use my heat gun. The only pics I've got right now is the cutoff picture in my thread. I'm gonna get some better shots after work tonight.

I want to see the actual housings.

I afraid to put them in an oven. Just frightens me. I'd really like to open them up and paint the shrouds black but I don't want to mess with them. Will a heat gun work with out removing them from the car. If I just heat up the sealant and put pressure on the lens it should slide in ?

I should snap a few pics of what it looks like to give you a better idea.

You'll have to pull them from the car to get heat in the right spot. When they're out of the car you slowly heat up the sealant from the back side, and when its nice and hot you gotta put pressure on it in the right spots to get it to sit back together right. My passenger light was on and off the car 4 or 5 times til I was happy with how the lens sat.

Dont be afraid of the oven, its so much easier than the heat gun. I would def. take them off the car to correct them.

Word, just set the oven to about 200, and let it warm all the way up before you put them in. Since the ovens heating process will make it way hotter than it needs to be then cools off to where you want it.

The one headlight is fine it's just the passenger side needs to be pushed together maybe less then an inch.

I'd pull it off when you've got some free time and give a heat gun a try. Just don't go too hot and melt the housing. If its what I'm imagining its just the top thats off, that area had some complex curves that made seating everything a pain.

Yeah id assume it was a pain to make this seal correctly. I'm not looking to take the bumper off again I have some washers under the mount to move the headlight over a bit I was just thinking with some heat and some pressure the light would slide back a little bit. I may just leave it. It's been fine. I do have a little bit of residue inside the one on the lens that bothers me looks like glue not sure it could even be cleaned off I just don't want the front end of this car apart again.

I hear you, removing the bumper isn't terrible though. If its sealant from the headlight it'll come out with some goo gone and elbow grease, but that means you'd have to open them up if its on the inside.

Yeah im not sure what's in there again im not the one who assmbled them. It's like a little patch of fog on the inside of the lens.

could be that they aren't sealed all the way in one area.

doesn't seem like condensation because it doesn't move and looks dry. Not sure what it could be since it's dry and I see no clues that other water has been getting in.

Could definitely be condensation. My brothers cars both get condensation. He's resealed them repeatedly with no luck. From what you're saying about them not sitting flush and there possibly being condensation I'd definitely pull them off and try to seal them.
