Waxing the Fit: BBP FTW

So i decided to wax my fit in the middle of the night last night and this is what the outcome is. Keep in mind when i bought my car from the dealer there were scratches and scuffs all over it due to the noobs washing the cars improperly.. enjoy:

you're gonna have to wait till my photoshoot this weekend to find out

i want to get quality pics of them before i put them up on the interwebz. they are nothing too special, and the fitment is a bit harsh for my rear bumper but i love the way they fit.

damn dealership nubs left white residue wax on my plastic when i got mines... and the wheels look like axis og....

After looking at these pictures, it inspired me to wax my own BBP Fit too!

Unfortunately those swirls/scratches are gonna show themselves again when the wax starts to wears off. Check out the car in direct sunlight or with halogen lights. Swirls need to be polished out with an orbital buffer using an abrasive polish. Wax just fills them in and covers them. Which zymol wax are you using? They are way overpriced assuming your using the ones ordered online. The one store bought is a cleaner wax. Theres way better options if your looking to buy locally. Love the flake in that color though. Black cars look awesome when clean.

yeah sadly i know this, but this is my temp option til i can get my friend who use to detail cars for a living to detail mine. the dealership was "Suppose" to give me a free detail.. but after trying to make an appointment a few times with no success, i just gave up. but atleast for the moment my car is immaculate.

not sure which zymol it is exactly but my friend gave it to me. it smells like bananas

Do not let the dealership touch your car. They will destroy the paint. Theyre idea of detail is putting compound all over the car and running it through a machine that has big spinning brushes. This is what they did to my S2000 after I specifically told them NOT to wash or detail my car.

Btw check out this zymol wax... ZYMOL ROYALE GLAZE 44 oz

Im not recommending it just showing you how insanely expensive they can be, theyre not worth it at all. But hey yours was free.
