My new wheels - BBS content!

Finally bagged myself a set of BBS RM's. They are 15x6.5's. They still have their original lips on them, which have quite abit of corrosion on them, so hopefully i will be changing them to something a little bit more dished . They look like they have never been split.
Tyres are shot but they would have been changed anyway.

Not sure whether to change the colour of the centres, what do you guys think?

Heres a couple of pics I took with my phone of one test fitted, car look high now so will be looking to change the apex springs for coilovers in the future too.

yeah ill definately upgrade the lips to something deeper before they go on the car. might split them down later.
looking to getting red centre caps and spraying the bolts red, with new 1.5" lips making them 7.5" all round.

im not in any rush to get these on the car yet, so ill keep hunting round to find a good price on the lips.

yeah i got them for just over 300pounds, which isnt too bad, given that the actual barrels are mint and so are the centre caps.

same here, ive always loved the way bbs's look, on any car...

tyres are 195/50s but i took them off yesterday
will probably go with something similar when the wheels are all rebuilt.

had another go at cleaning them today, got another one done
so thats 2 which are pretty much clean, just need to go over them with some solvent based cleaner
also split those 2 wheels
