True Life; I have a slammed Fit.

Just wanted to make a pointless thread of the damages Ive received from being slammed.

The pieces of wood I barely clear just to force the jack under my car.

Passenger side lip damage. The crack was from when I hit the Possum the same night I installed the coils.

I could really care less about the front lip. Im very pleased at how well its held up though.
As you can see, I really need to add more black paint.

Heres my under panel. Its all stitched together with zipties. Tried to go into a touch free car wash. I pulled in, hit the bottom blaster with my lower controls arms and thought I got stuck. Well, like an idiot I put my car in reverse. Lets just say the under panel and front bumper stayed IN the car wash.... And I lost $5
I drove the car home dragging the under panel. Yes, lots of people looked at me.

My T1R lower arm bar doing its job. Heh

Passenger side lower control arm.

Cant really see the scuffs. Im surprised I dont have a hole in the resonator yet. That big dent on the front was real loud when that happened.

So thats how awesome my car looks underneath.

The last pic I can see your little trick with the exhaust and dang man, mines. Is actually pulled up higher than yours AND IT STILL HANGS LOW! Lmao I think the resonator for the A spec is smaller. Like I said before ray, I just don't know how you drive like that. Maryland would kill your car haha. Imma go back and see what I can do to pull it higher

Maybe the front lip, everything else you wont deal with.
Its beyond me how people scrape the front lip at stock height.

I think its physically impossible.

But yes, the subframe is jacked. I do drive it daily. Most of the subframe stuff is from highway mashes.

Its probably the bends in your exhaust.
Also, just because my car is slammed doesnt mean I dont have fun in it. I still do some rallying on back dirt roads.
Normally when Im done I have to fix the under panel, and add more paint to my lip.

The only thing Ive tried to cut back on is long term highway runs.
All our roads/HW's have un-even lanes and drop offs. Those are what kill me sub frame. Theres some roads I cant change lanes due to them being steep for rain run off.

No, they arent low.. at all.
Since my coils, I have a hard time pointing out Fits on springs and Fits at stock ride height.

You need to learn to drive.

If you go too slow over train tracks youll get stuck. I go about 25-35mph on train tracks.
The ones I KNOW at least. Theres some I cant even cross.

lol seriously well i understand freaken slammed and mines not slammed but its low though.. its funny cuss my brother and my friend has skunk2 springs too but theirs arent as low as mines =/ plus their rides are smoother than mines.. i think when my friend put my springs in for me he cut that yellow rubber part that made it a bit lower =/ and yes i dodge every little pot holes or dips and bumps... i dont know whats gonna happen when i slamm it

Haha I was wondering how your car was holding up. Still in one piece I see. Looks like you can't bottom out on the engine, could be wrong though. You're still the lowest Fit I know driving like that daily.
