I don't get it? To me it makes the hood look sorta broken/messed with.

And GT4's are badass! Loved it in gran turismo ;D

Yea, no offense, but I don't get it either. Mods are cool, but maybe they can go a little too far? I dunno, just my personal opinion. What is a hood spacer anyway? Washers on the bolt?

Is your engine overheating? is there a purpose to lifting your hood? fill us in as to why you did it, because it looks foolish. changing gears, i have not seen a gt-four celica in a very long time, it might have been the last cool performance car made by toyota, other than their pick-ups.

the gt4 from the generation before the spaceship celica was not sold here, but the generation before that was sold here as the all-trac. Had like 200+hp and awd or 4wd, whatever. Was a badass ride...

going off topic here for a moment:
North America got both the st165 chassis and st185 chassis. the st165 came with a 1st gen 3sgte -- water cooled top mount intercooler that made 185 hp. the st185 came with a 2nd gen 3sgte -- air cooled top mount intercooler, larger valves, higher lift, and longer duration cams that made 200hp.

st165: this st165 has a 2nd gen 3sgte swap

st185: this particular st185 is the RC trim that was never offered in the US

i miss my st165 *TEAR*

you know, the hood spacing thing was done to increase air flow and if a car had a motor swap in it and the hood wouldnt shut all the way... i had a gsr motor in my crx before and i still didnt have to do that shit... fail

hood spacers on fits is kinda retarded, it makes it look like someone was drunk while assembling your car. It's not functional on a fit, and it sure isn't aesthetic. If you have a k20 in there, cool beans, but it f's up the lines of the car

i did this on my del sol. it DOES improve airflow and lowers underhood temps, but looks like ass when done on a fit.
