the hood is like too small and too steep of an angle. it looks like you got into a fender bender

lol i see that you still haven't painted your grill yet. I wanna see that "hood riser" in person. If you like it Nick then leave it.

My real concern is not that your car looks bad rolling down the road, you have achieved this. Im worried how your hood will react in a front end collision. Will the hood come through the windshield? just a question amongst many you should ask before you start messing with engineering.

theres only one way to find out. lol j/k it shouldnt be any different since he is only putting washers between the bolts. Then again i dont know because i'm not a crash dummy

first of all: the hood spacing doesn't "increase air flow" as once thought. its known as the "venturi effect". basically air moves over the hood and as it passes over the gap it pulls or sucks the air out of the engine bay. its like putting a vacuum under your hood and piping the hot air over your windshield!
second: i love your license plate! "WAAAAIT" is awesome.
third: you need way more spacers to get the venturi effect amplified. i'd be really suprised if that's doing anything besides screwing with your aerodynamics.

i had the hood raked on my del sol. and on the freeway on cold mornings, if i put my hand out the window i could feel the hot air coming out of the gap.

i think part of that illusion is coming from the j's grill. it must be a replica cause fitment doesn't look 100%

Personally, I wouldn't do this to my Fit, but if you like it then whatever. at least it looks different. If you like the way it looks then keep it.
