im suprised at how well balanced theirs i with the k motor.
hasport's bom fit with one of the first k motors was so front heavy that it lost its carving ability.

yea, but it really has to be done right. do you see the renforcements that were put up on the A pillar? and you can bet your ass that car was stripped and the whole frame was renforced with various cross members and spot welds. the GD3's chassis isnt built to handle that much power. it would take ALOT to make it track worthy, but from the looks of the j's gd3 lap, it looks like its worth the effort.

i really think j's is the only well build gd3 with a k swap. have you seen couture/extreme dimensions gd3 with a k? its pushing over 700hp last time i checked and they have some really sweet rear suspension components but im not sure how it would do on the track. i think it really throws the balance of the fit off by throwing in a k

watch the valve cover

i'm thinkin about doin the K swap as well. a K swap in the fit is a pretty good sleeper.

ya well said. it really should be built right cuz theres some modification to the engine bay. i think alot of people haven't done the k swap into the fit cuz of the amount of money invested into doing it. motor, plus labor.

I never relized how low the race Fits are. Spoons Fit is crazy low, Js Fit is crazy low, seems like they all are! I like

coutures...well I'd love to see it on the 1/4mi. but it seems to be more of a show car than anything.
