I was on my way to Knoxville from memphis to see my FAVORite BAND (widespread panic btw) and the interstate was closed down in two places because of a chemical spill (something when mixed with water makes phosphoric acid, and it had just rained.took 3 days to open interstate again) any who.... they started flagging us off of the interstate and had us heading north instead of east. i started to get worried. asked three people how to get back on track to knoxville. the guy who was correct told me to go down to chattanooga and just go up. that sounded soooo far so i asked another person. he sent me over and through the mtns and i just so happened to pass this scenic overlook.

so to answer your question of where that was........ somewhere inbetween chattanooga and knoxville

 

the best places are the places you have no idea where you are..
