Sickfit's engine cover on my Alaska BOM Fit!

Hey it finally stopped raining long enough to take some pics of my car with my new (used) engine cover. Got it from SickFit in his part out sale so he could buy a (gasp) Dodge product.

I don't know what kind of camera or filters you're putting your pictures through, but your BOM Fit looks so much better than other BOMs.

Same goes for Ray's MR Fit, his is just blastin' errbody else's.

Don't feel bad. It's all just computer magic. I use Adobe Lightroom to process my images. Here are the originals:

nice pic dude i love it and yea i feel the same way dude about sickfit getting an srt sad to see his fit go but his manifold cover went to good hands

I only need Photoshop Elements 4 to do all the stuff I do. The hood was just 10 layers with different opacities. The real photo editing heavy weights are programs like Lightroom and Aperture.

well i'm not sure if that's exactly the word
i have cs3 extended though
and lightroom has 19m 41s left till done downloading
and i am going to try to remake your picture

i'll let you know how it turns out
hopefully not catastrophic! haha

If you can't figure it out I can tell you what to set all the filters to. I only made 10 adjustments (hint).

i did the hood in photoshop, then the rest in lightroom
i really like that program
thanks for showing it to me!

of course it fails in comparison to yours though..



and i took off that weird reflection on the bottom left side of your window in photoshop also

i'll have to give it a try for sure
haha ahh it was your balcony!!!

yeah for the hood i just did a soft brush eraser and kept getting lighter on the opacity till it just faded
