Hey Peeps finally got around to doing more to my Fit. All audio this time. New Pioneer DEH-P7000BT HU 2x 12" Alpine type E Subs and a 300 Watt Rockford Amp. I got the Amp, Subs, and box for $150 off Craig’s list.

I did all the labor myself. Here are some pics:

 

I had the same hu but return it since it was such pain to put the face on/off with the Metra kit.

 

WOW i was gonna get that HU!! But I didnt and just got an aux input converter instead.Is that the metra or scosche kit?

I love the HU. I use the BT all the time, and have an 8Gb thumb drive attached to the USB input. I am very happy with it.

The only downside is as mentioned the control knob rubs on the metra kit a bit when you open it to use CDs or remove it. But since I do not use CDs anymore (All on my USB) and have only removed it once (Since I work on Base and have a garage, I seldom am in a situation where I need to remove it.) It works great for me.
