Fitcapo, Cavie187 photoshoot

There are a LOT of pops and gurgles in the exhaust (from the excessive amount of fuel), but never really heard of anyone blowing up their motor unless they were running over 23psi on a stock flash and stock fuel system, and i have been researching, studying, and driving one for a while now.
... what have you heard?

Off topic but a D80 would not be much of an upgrade from the 50, you'd trade 4mp difference for worse ISO performance and slower flash sync. I would go to atleast a 200, even then it would be the same trade off but the 200 is atleast a metal body with a bit more ergonomics. It's also important to know that camera bodies don't make better pictures, they just make it easier to take better pictures. Lenses are about 90% of getting good quality shots. I'd keep the D50 and put money into lenses.
But I think yours turned out great!

If I had the money I would gladly up to d3 or a d300 unfortunately I don't $1800.00 for the d300 or $5000.00 for the d3.
I have some decent lens so my next purchase will be another camera body then I will slowly convert over to nicer nikon lenes and get rid of the sigmas.

Sorry for getting off topic. Thanks for all the comments everyone

No, No, no. I just wanted to know what you heard. lol I am not getting defensive or anything. I just have not really heard any stories of people having any problems with the motor. There are over 10 people that i KNOW that have pushed WELL OVER 425hp on stock internals (only adding an oil feed), and stock block (other than port work to the intake and exhaust ports).

Factory hood scoop. Fully functional. Ports air to the exhaust/turbo manifold and the charge side of the turbo to keep it a little cooler.

I actually looked at an SRT-4 before I bought my car. It was a BEAST but not much of a daily driver.. I would hate to listen to the exhaust on long trips! But it's a really impressive car, it's just too bad Dodge has a bad reputation and doesn't get much attention from sport compact drivers. I hear the new Cobalt SS is an amazing car too, but badge snobs will probably skip over it. How's the reliability on the Neon?
I have not had any problems..... AT ALL. Oil changes, brakes, and belts were all that i needed to do to the thing. The rest i just did on my own. The clutch needed to be adjusted once, but that was just because it was engaging too fast for my taste. I need to change the trans fluid now because shifts are getting slightly more cumbersome, but after 39,000miles, it is about time.
(should have been done 3 times by now if you go by dealer recommendation)
The SS/TC looks good. Can't wait to take one for a test drive. The only downfall is they did not do any additional head work, and somehow forgot to drop the compression so tuning is pretty much not an option unless you start with some serious port work and upper end rebuild.
....Chevy still has time to screw up more though. We'll see what the final product is. I am skeptical.
-thanks for the comments-

We should get Rob to bring his r32 and Nick to bring his cobra and take pics of all the cars even know it wouldn't make sense to put my car in the picture with those lol.
Once nick gets his cobra remade.

I should have nick and rob come over for a shoot. I guess Nick doesn't have a job right now so it wouldn't be a problem for him if the cobra was not in the shop

The Jesus van would be a maroon 1994 Ford Aerostar that used to have a bunch of jesus stickers on the back bumper.
So we called it the JESUS VAN.

Was that a shot at the fit looking like a minivan??? lol. I actually like SRT's a lot. Fun Fact: it was my second choice of a car. I just happen to find the right color fit before i found a SRT 4. They are very fun cars.

I don't think the srt-4 ruins the shoot. Yes it looks like a neon but it is a really nice car for being a neon.
BTW it is not a ghetto banger it is the JESUS VAN WITH THUMPS.

I am not too proud to admit that i drive a very "normal" looking car, but I find it funny that everyone else i seem to meet (internet or otherwise) thinks their car is so much better than everyone else's. I realize i am on FitFreak, and not SRTforums, but come on.... moderators talking crap? lol It's not even that serious!
