I have always wanted to put one of these together, I have a little surprise package that arrived today

Yes, you are looking at the brand spanking new Weapon-R Intake Manifold!!

This and many other goodies to come, install date is planned for mid April down in Vancouver at AJ-Racing. Some other goodies are going in around the same time as well Stay tuned for a detail review on fitment and performance... for you lucky Calgary guys I will bring it out to the next Meet on the 30th

A big thanks to Weapon-R! Without their help in getting this product out to me early I wouldn't have been able to install this fantastic manifold at all without significant extra cost later on.

Wow thats sweet!!! How does the overall product look ie welds and the inside? It looks great and hopefully everything works out for you with the instal and your other goodies

 

Congrats! Nice. With that intake, what kind of HP will the Fit gain?

 

Welds look really nice throughout the product, I don't plan to take the covering off to look inside just yet, but I suspect the welds on the inside are of the same quality on the outside. This product looks really nice up close, pictures don't do it justice.

Not sure what my gains will be, Weapon-R suggested I use a fuel computer in conjunction with the intake. I have something special going in to take care of that once I get to Vancouver. You can view the Weapon-R thread to see their dyno. I will be running my own which will look quite a bit different with everything I am putting into the car I don't want to speculate yet on my results!

 

Thanks for the quick reply. I was curious cause it costs alot and i was kind of hesitant at first and wasnt sure if it was amazing or junk. If i go FI im gonna have to get one but for now i stick with my cool mani cover. haha. Thanks again.

I'm curious 2 see how it moves the power band around. Are the runners longer or shorter than stock. Ihave yet 2 remove my cover to looks at the stock mani.
