Fit / Jazz drifting and i have to say it looks cool.

Looks more like skidding than drifting.
If you get enough speed the back end of the car will eventually loose grip and go sidewise. I have done it myself

Both in winter and on dry summer roads. It is easiest in the winter ofcourse
