I removed the emblem by snapping off the pins at the back. There is no need for the pins if the emblem is also being held on my double sided sticky tape.
The Mugen emblem is held on with tape and it never moved over the past year and a half.

Have you tried spraying the colors one at a time? Maybe spray the gold first on the whole thing, let it dry to the touch, then mask it off and paint the red and black. Also if you're not using it, get some green painters tape.

I like using the blue tape more. The green tape peeled off some of my paint when I was doing mine and I had to start over again. I figured Dom was going to paint his something like that, but I was just hoping he didn't do the same thing I did haha! Anyways, here is mine, the clear coat is still drying

you forgot to take off the rubber pieces on the top where it bolts done, sick tho

how did he remove the MUGEN emblem!! haha just kidding, i ended up just breaking my pins. it rained ALL freakin day long so i havent got to paint mine yet, as soon as it dries up i will though.

Yeah I know. Mine was originally blue and I had it colour matched when I did my interior trim pieces. The painter left those on there and they were blue, so I figured I mind as well make them white since they were already blue
