Ive been meaning to paint it like that for a while.
It is very good idea and executed quite well. Kudos!

I was racking my brain trying to figure out an image I could put over the orange in a slightly darker orange, but I came up with nothing except for a large off center slightly rotated Honda logo. So I said eff it.

who me?
i think its more about the prep than the paint.
prep:
3M Red Scuffing Pad/ Duplicolor Prep Wipe/ Dupicolor Adhesion Promoter
paint:
multiple layers of Duplicolor Truck/ SUV paint - Bahama Blue Metallic and Duplicolor Metal Specks - Ocean Blue topped off with Duplicolor Clear.

Is it really matched Milano? I hear you can get color matched spray cans.

it says Milano Red on the spray can. It's a 4oz "Bumper Paint" touch-up paint in an aerosol. $5 from autozone, they have a Duplicolor book with the paint codes and color based on year, make, and models.

Does it match like..... perfect? My guess is no.
In the pic it looks a little darker. Almost has metallic flake in it too.

I used the NHBP from them and it came out okay, but I am terrible at painting. The MR should be easy since there is no flake.

on duplicolor's website it says for perfect match on MR it must be cleared. then again, I just sprayed on the cover w/o a primer. once it competely dries, the color should be more of an even match. I gave it 10min to dry before i put it on.
