anyone know if other shift boots work in fits. i have seen the mugen one but was wondering how it looks uninstalled. i have had civics and integras before, they have a mounting bracket all you gotta do is put the new boot on the bracket. does this rubber one have a bracket? i was thinkin about ordering a jdm integra type R on for my fit but not sure if it would go in. i thought i would ask before i took my console out.

I'm feeling your entire interior... though green is my color.

I'm pipe dreaming though... I should pay off my car and also hope and pray I don't reach 100,000 miles by then (2-3 years).

I'm at 21,500+ milage in 11 months and counting...

Its tiny compared to the stock knob. Put it this way, when I got it the box is is small, the knob is wrapped in bubble wrap and still moves slightly free. I had to shove my stock knob in the box.

I really wish I would have got the Ti Eggo. Ben said they were discontinued, now they have them.

Here's mine:

Just an Aluminum shift knob from APC ($10 from Advance Auto Parts). The threads were plastic - but I changed them out to steel for durability.
