now in the fit family

Finally got our 09 TWB sport fit on friday. Had to wait 2 weeks till the cash for clunkers deal happened (we squeeked by on the first billion alloted). I cashed in our old pontiac transport van, which barely limped into the dealer. We drove the toyota yaris (awful feel on the manual shifter and too sqishy seats). scion xd (decent but not very much room), and the Kia soul (not impressed). thank god we drove the fit last cause we were blown away with how smooth and fun it was. Amy will now drive the fit, and I get the 05 subaru outback LL bean. We will post some pictures soon.

Thumbs up protection for my TWB

i was surprised when the fuel cap didn't have auto release. just got
Honda Locking Gas Filler Cap Honda SKU: 17680-SAA-G00 ... it fits great and good for protection. but you have to take out the tether and tether clip. its better than nothing.

the sub loosely sits there, and the amp is resting in the spare tire.. haha

i orginally planned on not adding anything to the fit, but i could'nt resist.
So far
interior: cargo cover, mats, fuel cap
exterior: halfback tints, door visor
... ordering the bumper guards this week. this one i NEED! hate getting a scratch.

before and after door visor shots:

I read that adding the sun roof/moon roof would cost $1,000 at the dealer. anyone got that yet?

from some angles, it doesnt match. i dont think this is because of a bad job, just on tidewater, the viewing angles GREATLY changes the color. At most points, the color matches fine, but there are a few places where it appears more blue

you cant use the front mud guards... the rear bumper is the same base/sport.. so you can use the rear mud guards
