Thanks for the compliments

Here is more or less the steps on how to do it.The paint i used is called Duplicolor here is the website Auto Spray® , you can find it at any store that sells car products like autozone. discount auto parts, pepboys.

If you have anymore questions let me know.

1 Remove a tire and put the spair tire on that way you can do 2 at one time.

2.Once you have your tires off, Wash your rims really good with soap and water. *make sure there is no tire shine on the rim cause then it will bubble up when u paint it.

3.Once you u have it washed, tape up the tire so that when you start painting it wont get on ur tire.(if your using black it shouldnt matter).

4 Remove the H caps unless you want to paint over them.

5 if you want to primer them first go ahead if you dont primer them it should still come out the same

6. Paint

7.Let them dry and BAM ur done.

painted rims

I was thinking of painting my own rims too. Did you have to sand the rims before you painted them?? A few people told me to do that so that the paint will stick better. What type of paint did you use?? Have you had any chips since you painted them??

dang, clean job man!
I looked at the site you posted, it doesn't look like you can order the paint there, but it looks like they sell them at Auto Zone, thanks for the info!

white looks good on black. i was thinking of getting either gun metal or white mf-10s knock-offs. this has me leaning towards white.

sorry for the late reply but no no chips whats so ever and i've had them painted for almost a year. No you dont need to sand them just make sure they are clean and dry. I used Duplicolor spray paint, you can find this at any autozone or pep boys near you. If you have anymore questions let me know.
