YouTube - Fit at autox
Well guys my 1st event of the year and i had lots of fun at it...i was put in STS class and out of 11 i was 6th with my best run 56.5 under a second slower than this guy with a RSX type-s with more work done on his car than my Fizzle...his best was a 55.7 so you see its not the car its the driver...i saw alot of cars out there not in the same class as mine that could not pass 56 seconds...for instance a turbo sentra, 3rd gen RX-7, turbo S14 240sx, Mazdaspeed Miata, a 98 Corolla with suspension work done to it, and the others i forgot , but it was a handful...i feel very confident with the car and am planning for more upgrades in the future to better my times...i am not bragging about being faster than these other cars, but the Fit was not the slowest out there thats for sure
Enjoy the vid even though i have to teach my pops how to ZOOOOOOOM in when he shoots the vid

Fit is Go, looks good!
The Fit loves a little handbrake action! I found that in tighter turns, just a little on the handbrake gives it the little oversteer it needs to do transitions or a double apex turn early in the turn.
The tall/hatchback factor allows the car to carry through the turns more smoothly with the high weight transition forcing the outer back tire to slide then plant just when you need it. Picked this up from tracking in my old ef hatch.

I am sharing my car for this season with this guy lenny and we both have decided to get the Falken Hanabi rims with Falken Azenis tires possibly 205/50s...the rims are 15x7. i think the car will handle alot better than b4 with the better tires and width size...since he will be driving my car he will split the money down the middle with the rims+tries. Its good to have someone else drive the car cause then you can challenge each other
