the box turned out to be 1.32 Cubic feet, i'll place some cotton inside to make it a 1 cubic feet to match with the sub. The one i'm using is Alpine Type R 500 watts rms/ peak at 1500 watt. I wish i could find a blue sub but i guess i'll settle with power rather than look.
By the way if you dont know how to measure cubic feet of these type of box, here is the lesson. I filled the inside with water till it's full and then just pour it into a cubical box to measure the cubic feet volume =] Use your algebra math skill

oh dear, i just finished the installation, this is so far the best box i have built lol. It's have a very nice warm strong bass, i tried to crank it up to 8db and my rear view miror shook all the way down. If anyone was gonna install a system for their car, this is exactly wht i would recommend. It's type R alpine and Hifonics brutux BX1500. Try to calculate your cubic feet to 1-1.3 3/4" wood. I don't know if it was the cubic space inside the car or what but it sound very good, better than my Chevy Blazer. I will take some finished pics later tonite when i get ahold of my camera
