MP3 tags...
Alright... this one's been bugging me since day one.
You've got that pretty blue display that shows the track name (artist, etc....) and the longer ones have a > symbol on the right side.
What do you have to do to get it to scroll the rest of the name?
Or doesn't it?
If not - why? That's gotta be the dumbest thing EVER!
If it does - can someone let me know how to get it to do it? Please?
Thanks

IIRC, hold the Display button.
Haven't had a chance to try it myself (I use the line-in for everything, and just wish I could move the clock display to where it says AUX in big letters), but I'm pretty sure that's what it says in the manual.

Alright...
I'll give that one a shot tomorrow.
Thanks
Yeah... the line-in... I WANTED it... used it once... and now... it's really just not worth it. I've got 4 mp3 cd's in the car.... more than my 2 gig card (on my phone) or 1 gig card (PSP) can hold... and they don't use up necessary battery power...
Dunno what's holding you back, but I'd definately suggest making 2-3 of them.

You seriously listen to ALL that music?
I dunno...
I say make 4-5 CD's...
One for each mood/genre...
and one that's just a good mix of EVERYTHING.
You've gotta think.... one CD holds about 15-20 HOURS of music.
You can make it nearly accross the country before needing to switch CD's...

Ok...
Yes... pressing and holding the "Display" button DOES allow you to see the rest of the text.
It does not scroll...
What's it do?
Enya - China Ro>
press and hold the "Display" button and you get
ses
That's it.
It just slaps whatever charactures are left onto the screen.
They stay there till you press and hold the "Display" button again.
I'm sure it changes on the next song.
I looked at "ses" long enough though...
Wish it scrolled.
That'd be so much cooler <_<
(Side note - if you don't press and hold the button to get the regular/first display back, it WILL change the display function (from file name to Artist Tag, Title Tag, etc...). You can't just tap it to get back to the beginning.)
