JL Audio Stealth Sub Enclosure

Anyone out there have this?

It's a JL Audio sub enclosure that is made to make your trunk inconspicuous.

Wondering how it sounds.

If anyone out there has one I'd love to hear your feedback on it.

Another FitFreak member had this stealthbox in his Fit. It sounded awesome! He had a single-din aftermarket head-unit and Alpine PDX-5 amp. Also, the v3 sub in the stealthbox is the higher quality sub in the JL Audio subwoofer line. It looks & sounds good and leaves all cargo area for use.

correction, the 10w3v3 is actually their mid tier line, but for a car this size with an open cabin, the w3v3 will work just fine.

jl's heirarchy of subs, w0v2, w1v2, w3v3, tw5, w6v2, w7

Is there anyone else that has used this? I was looking at it too but the thing is like $500 on Crutchfield so gotta make sure it's worth it before dropping half a grand.

I really want them to make a similar setup for the GE. Perhaps some of us could email and request?

IT'S WORTH IT!!!!!!! Deep, smooth and detailed bass. If anyone has ever built a fiberglass enclosure, $500 with a W3v3 sub is nothing. I use 13W3's in my ride.
