New shift boot installation.

Hey guys, my new shift boot from Zeta came in yesterday, and my dead pedal should be showing up today. I'll be throwing them in hopefully tonight, if work doesn't kill me first.

The shift boot came with no instructions whatsoever. Not a problem, I'm confident it won't be anything crazy. But I was wondering what to use to secure it to the center console. Is there something already there for the stock boot, like a clamp style apparatus? Or am I going to be using some adhesive? I'd like to have an idea so that I'm not stuck trying to figure out what to use at Walmart at midnight!

Thanks!

ive not done the leather boot since i prefer the rubber boot but if there's not much room down there (no place for screws) i'd use a gluegun.

hope your project goes smooth.

Pretty sure it has little flaps that fold under or something to keep it on. You won't need adhesive. I'm sure it will be obvious once you get it all apart.
