he said he didn't make a DIY .. and, yes; door panels and headliner would need to come off to rewrap them the right way.

i think you can buy something called spray adhesive. its a spray can and u just spray on the "glue" and lay the new fabric over. make sure you smooth it our with like a credit card or something.

you can get fabric at.. well seeing youre in canada, i dont know if they have a store called Joannes Fabric there. In the states, that store has a whole heap of fabric you buy by the foot or wutever. You can also search online for the type of fabric you want. Theres microsuede, alcantara, leather, and printed fabric.

to remove door panel, i assume there are some screws u need to unfasten and then just pull lol. just like any other panel really.

I've removed the door panels many times. You pop off the pressure clips under the handle and the bottom cover comes off then there are 3 screws and 1 in the door lever. After you remove those the whole panel comes off. However there is still the problem of the actual handle is still in the way of the panel insert. I never figured out how the insert comes out or if it comes out. If someone who has actually done this themselves not had someone else do it could explain that would be great thanks.

I will start with the headliner this thursday. I'm planning on first taking the headliner down then getting the fabric...etc etc. If anyone has any tips for the headliner removal i would appreciate it. I dont have much experience doing this but I have done a lot more complicated work before so how bad can it be?
