What sub set up do you have
#22
Hi,
I'm french Canadian and I do my best to write correctly in English so, excuse me if you don't understand all I write on the forum.
I do SPL competition since 1996 but in 2008, it was the first year with a Fit.
It's a DbDrag Street A setup with a lot of class restrictions.
Battery: Odyssey PC1700 (2 months), Powermaster XS 2700 (2 weeks) and next will be an Odyssey PC 1750 (Biggest batteries allowed in Street A)
Subs amp: Earthquake PHD3 ( 3400 Wrms at 0.25 ohm) and I have another one for backup during competition
Subs: 2x Audioque HDC310 (10")
Box: 15 different boxes since May 2008
I will post more pics.

Wow thats quite the set up. your English is fine.
I have the step down from your HDCs
Sub: Audioque SDC2.510 (10")
Amp: Audioque 1200D (870 W rms @ 2 ohm)
Power Wire: Knukonceptz 4 gauge
its the only (crappy) picture I have of my setup. The box is made to AQs specs and I made it fit the angle of the seats when reclined. Its tuned to 38 Hz and I love it for daily driving. Hopefully I will build a different box in the future when I dont have to worry about trunk space.

Yeah, I didnt have anything beforehand so I was able to buy it just based on reviews and its amazing price. Its nice to know that 56 Hz is where to tune to for max SPL. Maybe ill need that one day, but not now. You went through quite a number of boxes there. I love the giant teal?(lol i dunno what color) port.

My mirror originally vibrated like crazy. I then put rubber washers under the bolts between the base and the roof. I also put a washer around the ball joint for adjusting the mirror. This worked great for the longest time. Recently it doesnt work so well and im not sure what changed.

Here is mine!
Headunit: Kenwood MP342U
Amp: Crossfire BMF1000D
Sub: Cerwin Vega Stroker 15D
Extra: Epicenter Concert Series Bass Restoration Processor
I finally got it in last weekend and I also changed out the bulbs in the ac/heater controls to leds. I originally ordered white leds, but they were out, so I went with the blue. I'll post some night time pics later.
