Just in case anyone cares, I think there is a new style clip to hold the front mats in. Its also possible they are difference for the carpet mats and the all season ones. My carpeted ones in front are held in with plastic clips, but the all season ones I just got come with metal clips. I think I am going to swap them over since the plastic ones are already loose from the idiots at the car wash when they take then out to vacuum.

 

i was too lazy to install mine so i just threw them away lol
