Those of you with aftermarket indash Navi

where did you mount your little GPS antenna? Im pretty anal about not having it just exposed... but I dont want it to not function properly if I tuck it somewhere. This is my first stereo mod ever lol. I usually dont put such nice stereos in my car as I dont care for added weight, but this ones going in the daily driver. TIA.

I mounted mine on the rear hatch centered between the spoiler and roof. There was just enough room so it didn't bind when opening the hatch door.

chris, how about putting it at one of those little triangle windows at the back of the car? the one behind the rear doors? it would be visible only as a little square (u could even hide it behind the seat belt mounting bolt) so u wouldn't see that that much, plus it would still get excellent reception. That's where i would put mine. I'd keep it in the cabin so u don't have 2 worry about leaks from running it outside the car.

put mine on the dash right under the windshield between the defrost vents. looks fine and I get great signal.
