Getting ready to upgrade
So my break from school is almost here and I'm going to redo the whole sound system. Right now the sound system is stock except for a Pioneer AVH-p4000.
I've never really got into car audio so this is all new to me. But here's what I'm thinking of going with after doing about 4 hours of research online. Let me know if you think its crap or if I should change anything.
Front - Infinity Kappa 60.9cs components
Rear - Infinity Kappa 52.9i 2 ways
Amps - Rockford Fosgate PowerT500-1bd for the door speakers
Rockford Fosgate Power T400-4 for the sub
Only thing I'm still not sure about is the sub and enclosure. I don't want to fill up the back with a box but I do want something that sounds good. Not looking to set off car alarms either. I'm trying to go with sound quality over how many db's I can put out.
Thanks in advance for any input.

The Kappa 60.9cs is a good set, though the tweeters are very big, next to impossible to mount in the stock location. My suggestion, go for Reference components with small tweets, will sound the same and cost less. For the rears, the ones you listed are 5 1/4 inch, you want 6 1/2s for the rear. I went with the Kappa 62.9i, again for the price and sound, if I were to do it again would go with 6 1/2 Reference speakers. Also those ones for the front, you will need spacers, otherwise the window will hit on the way down since they are deep. Very easy to do though.

try one of those pioneer/premier shallow magnet subs or even the kicker shallow magnet sub they require less box space and they sound great.
you could probally build a box that would fit underneath the pass seat with a 8" sub
