Whoa

I had NO IDEA such things existed! What are they called? Are they sold anywhere and if so, how much? I'd like to purchase these if possible. Any knowledge would be appreciated.

Mpg

These could be useful to people trying to avoid AC usage for better MPG. I've had aftermarket tinted windows in the past and didn't like the "issues" associated with them. These could be removed at night or in the winter. Hopefully I don't have to order them from France.

The only thing I could find on the internet is a company called OE Sunshades in England that seemed to make a similar product. Nothing for Honda though.

Honda?

I went to OE sunshades website and saw mention of virtually every brand EXCEPT Honda. Someone will know where these came from.

Just out of curiousity what search terms did you use in Google? How can Americans purchase Jazz parts on the "EPC"? I've had tinted windows before. I've had issues with police and vision at night. I'm reluctant to do things to the Fit that will be hard to reverse.

Wow, I like! If someone knows where to get a set, it would be awesome!
I'm most interested in a set for the front and rear power windows. All the windows that are fixed, I don't really care about. The reason? I need a bug screen! Ahaha!

simply googled "pare soleil pour honda jazz" (so called name in the accessories brochure for french jazz 2007)

we can't order directly into epc, but i guess that with the part# it may be easy to shop this at your local dealer..

I found them called "sun blinds" in a Honda Jazz pdf on a European website for honda accessories. It appears they were part of an advertising or news announcement around 2004 or 2005. There are a few used Jazz's advertised with 'sun blinds' around other European websites.

The search continues . . .

...whats wrong with just tinting the windows... i've had the windows tinted on all my cars over the last 10 or more years and never had any "issues" with tint.

My car is tinted, to the darkest points, all around, even the front two before, except windshield and yeah I love it. But going on long trips it doesnt block sunlight coming in at times, like lets say way to Vegas from Cali.

issues

It's my car and I've had tinted windows in the past. It's harder to see at night and some cops do have "issues" with it. I don't care if others paint over THEIR windows. The shades seemed like a reasonable compromise that could quickly be reversed. It looks like the item is unavailable anyway. I'd buy them if they exist for sale at a reasonable price.

I just had one of the guys in the parts department look up the number shown in that screenshot, and he told me it's not available in the US - he did not even find the number.
I go to Germany in November and will try to find out if they are available there, how much they are and if I can fit them in my suitcase. I might get me those things

Have you tried searching on Honda Accessory Car and Motorcycle ?

I found them with part number 08R13-SAA-600
"KIT PARE SOLEIL" is they called in the French site.
"Rear & side sunshades" is they called in English.
You find them under "Car accessories"- (select car) - "Interior".

Hey - thanks for the tip! I found them on the Europe site. But somehow they don't seem to have prices in there? Not even if I put it in the shopping cart..well, I think I'll visit my german Honda dealer when I get a chance

promising

The trail does seem more promising. There has to be a way Americans can get European Jazz parts for their Fits without going to Europe. Thanks for the effort the Europeans are putting in.
