Kappa tweeters

Well found out today there is basically nowhere to mount these. I put Kappa full range speakers in back, no prob. Mounted the component woofers up front, other than hacking up the door to get them to fit, they are in, but the tweeters are way too big to fit anywhere. Left the stock tweets in for now, which suck compared to the Kappas, until I figure out what the hell I am gonna do.

That would look awful! I was just looking on Crutchfield and I may bit the bullet and buy different tweeters. There are 2 Kappa ones listed, one is the same as the ones I have, the others are smaller and may just work. At least I will be a pro at pulling the door panels soon lol!

I see what you mean, but that still wont work as these tweeters are too deep, mounted from behind the door panel wont go back on.

Thats always an option, but I'd prefer up in the stock location. I sent an email to Infinity to see if there would be any issue using one of their smaller Kappa tweeters with the crossover from the component set I just bought. If thats a no go, will probably just sell the set and get something different since I will be past my change to return them.
