its actually not dry carbon, the photo just seems to look like that.

as of now we don't know how much they will be yet but we are shooting for about $60. This is the first piece we had a company make for us and it is still in the works.

we'll see how these go first. The 8th Civic I believe doesn't share rear view mirrors with other cars but I may be wrong.

Heres the 2nd prototype version I received last week. It looks better in the right light though, its too bright in this picture =[ Will try to take better pictures when its not as sunny out.

Well the 2nd one we have now, the top part of it "flares up". Gonna have to redo the mold so it doesn't "flare". The double sided tape thats used to hold it will hold, but once it gets very hot from sitting outside the adhesive softens up and lets it go.

thats odd, my mugen cover doesnt do that, but its also wedged with a foam lining the same width as the double sided tape

it was a problem during the molding process that caused the mold to be enlarged, so thus the area along the top and a little bit on the bottom are already pushing outwards. With the extra heat the adhesive can't keep it down. We're working to address this so it doesn't "flare up"
