I have a orange hatchback that came on my nuvi. See if you don't already have a fit looking one.

On a Garmin Nuvi you can choose from several different icons to represent your current position. Most navis come with the standard arrow but on the Garmin Nuvi you have the option to go into the menu and change the icon to a car, jeep, etc. There are also downloadable icons which are .srf files. My sister has one and I downloaded some snowboarder, bikers, etc. for the nuvi. Once uploaded you just go into the Nuvi and change the icon via the menus. Much like your arrows on your windows system. You can download and customize your pointers. Im not sure imaging program is used to produce the .srf files but he's looking to see if anyone might have made one to look like a fit/jazz.

Cool. Mine came with a blue hatchback. Any chance you could hook me up with the orange file?

BTW, during my search for a Fit, I came across a whole bunch of cool icons. Speed Racer's Mach 5, various Batmobiles and even a stripper!
Let me know if you want any of them.

Do you have a site that you got all these off of? I'm interested in that Honda one you've got.

It's a German site, but easy to navigate. You will need a RAR converter to "unzip" the files. The Honda logo is in the last one called:
Fahrzeuglogos 32 Symbole

(Warning: The Navigirl one is awesome, but definitely not rated G)

Here's the link: Sonderbauarten

Oh I figured it out, now that illusive reminded me I can update my nuvi with the web updater software. It's from that software I was able to download the fit looking one

Is the Garmin Nuvi the navigation that comes with the Fit as an option? If it isn't, where do you guys have your navigation systems? My dad said he'd buy me one.

No, the one you can get from Honda is not a Nuvi. Not sure who makes it, but you can get a Garmin Nuvi for a whole lot less than $640. Plus I would not want to permanently install the mount onto my dash. I have mine tucked into the driver's vent window using the suction cup mount.

Wuze,

The Garmin Nuvi is a stand-alone auto GPS. Best price I've found recently was on Amazon.com. The Nuvi 360 was $239 and the Nuvi 660 was about $289. 2008 Street Navigator, MP3 capability, Blue Tooth for phones, shows pictures, lots of extra features. Oh, and it does a nice job of navigating. You may find Garmin Street Pilots for sale . . . they have the same FACE size as a Nuvi, but are deep . . . kind of like the difference between an LCD monitor and a CRT monitor.

I'm still looking for a Nuvi SRF file for the Honda Fit; mine's silver.

John

Haha I use the exact same icon. But blue of course. During X-mas I change it to the sleigh. They have different icons at the Garmin site but I think its relative to which model Nuvi you have. (I have the 660)
