Scosche VS Metra
Ok, so I've read up on the two difference types of double din setups for the USDM Fit. What I've figured out is that the Scosche kit doesn't fit properly without modifications and the colour is off. The Metra kit looks cheap. So here's my questions:
1) Which kit should i go for?
2) Pics of the Metra Kit installed?
3) Is there some other company that offers a double din kit for our cars?
Thanks in advance!!!

you upgrade your alternator? If so where did you get it done cuz I've been researching that route lately.

Stock alternator. Just swapped in an Optima Yellow top. I never use the amps to anywhere near full power when driving around. The Bawworx 3Kw amp is just for quick demos. It took 4 seconds of "Baby Got Back" to break the factory mirror out of the mount.

Our plan now is we are gonna just put a kinetik battery in the rear and connect it to the stocker instead of swapping out right now.
Do you know how many amps stock alternator puts out?

O I thought it was only 60 awesome. According to good old ohms law I should be pulling 59ish with my setup.
And yeah it does look like a bitch to replace.

about the same as the metra 50 bucks. all you gotta do is search car stereo websites or give places around you a call. Like crutchfield.com or sonicelectronix.com seems to be very popular
