I'd guess that you could fit 3, but I can't say for sure. We did have 2 kids in the back once, along with their mom. I think you could fit a 3rd one in if mom were riding in front.

I can't remember if there are LATCH connections for 3 though - the center kid may have be be connected using the seat belt.

Not sure what your state age is but out here it went from 4 yrs to 7 yrs and under has to be in a seat. I have 3 kids who are 4, 6 & 8, when we first got the fit I had 2 Britax Marathons in both outboard positions, using the latch and tethers as close to the doors as possible and the seats were both rock solid, with the oldest wedged in the middle. Then the 6 year old got a little taller so she could go into a HBB so traded out for one marathon, HBBs just use the vehicle seat belt so they don't need latch. The fit has 4 latch point (2 are needed for each car seat) and 3 tether anchors. So finally, IMO yes you should be able to squeeze 2 convertibles and 1 hbb in the back seat the fit would be tight, But hopefully your oldest will be safe enough without to just be wedged in the middle.

It's really, really hard to imagine 3 car seats fitting into the rear seat. I just don't think there's enough space, between one seatbelt fastener and the next, to accommodate three car seats.

I get two car seats, in the back of mine, and really don't even have room for a third (older) child, without a car seat.

I have fit a britax roundabout in the middle and a booster seat along side it. I plan to buy a newer britax. I cant think of the name of brtiax I will buy but it has the 5 point harness and is convertable to a booster seat. The warrenty for that one is 6 or 9 years. I plan to post lost of pictures. To date I have pictures of two signifacant wrecks with honda fits... send me a messege if you like to see them. If you can please mount your child seat in the middle.

I have a cosco corroro and so does my neighbor with twins. last week we fit all 3 in my FIT to go for a drive. The only problem was running the seat belt through the passenger rear and the center rear and being able to buckle both. i had to run the belts loose then tighten them once buckled but this would not be an issue in a permanent install. I have also heard of being able to fit 3 Radians in a civic so I assume the same setup would work in a fit.

BTW, all 3 corroros where rear facing so I am not sure how they would fit front facing but since the kids are different ages, you might be able to fit 1 or 2 front facing and the others rear facing. the coccoro is rear facing till 30 pounds and front facing till 40. The radian is rear facing to 45 and works till 65 or 80 pounds (depends on the model)
