Is that site for real??? I was checking prices on some other stuff and was blown away by how much the items are. Anyone buy anything from these guys...anyone know if they're legit? I mean, $300 off on one of the new Alpine amps....seriously??

I don't know. I was just told about it from a friend. Has anyone else heard about or bought anything from this site? I'd like to know too.

i work at bestbuy too lol. at best buy u can only get a daul or kinwood and the kinwood is avilable mainly online not in stores. she gets good discounts too like i do

. but i well go with the kenwood my friend has one on his TC and its alsome im also ging to be doing this on my fit so let us know how it turns out

Exactly. I wanna know more about these guys. I mean, the Alpine W200 (or whichever one it is) for $800 instead of $1000??? Hell, even a 10% employee discount isn't THAT good of a deal! If these guys are legit, I know where I'm gettin all my sh*t!!! lol

Not too bad... but definitely seems that more than enough people have their fair share of horror stories. I'd shop somewhere else unless you were desperate.

If I can get an extra unit of W200 for under 800 would anyone interested?
I might only able to get 2. 1 for me and the other for anyone interested. =D. I hope mine will be around 6 or 7 max ... wont be getting till nxt month.... waiting for the double din to release 1st...

clarions new decks have bluetooth for phones and ipod hookup.

they even have a 1 din sized deckb with 3.25 wide screen. i have the dolby 5.1 brain and .5 din center channel speaker that they offer and navi. i went with foldout so that id have room to put the speacker under the deck.

Pretty sure it doesn't have that option.

If you want to have the GPS option, Kenwood is your best bet (imo).

i work at best buy too lol. word of advice dont go with the daul its a cheap brand and there a peace of crap. im going with the alpine myself gott live that bestbuy disvount

.

BTW does anyone know where i can find the daul din plASTIC cover bezel i think its called not sure

The IVA-W200 doesn't have navigation included, but you can add on the Blackbird ($499) with a PMD-DOK1 docking station ($200), or you can get the NVE-N872A ($1700).

The AVIC-D3 and IVA-W200/205 are both pretty good products and they are fairly popular. They both have their own set of pros and cons. You're going to have to decide what features are important to you.

I went with an IVA-W200 over the AVIC-D3 because Alpine makes an external 5.1 processor (PXA-H701), faster iPod navigation than the AVIC-D3, and other external goodies. I basically looked at what both companies had for external accessories that I wanted to have and went with the one that fit my needs.
