Thumbs down Headlight Tint - FAIL!

SO I bought this --- Headlight Tint Film Overlay Smoke Fit / Sport 09-2011 | eBay

Looked like it should fit good, right?

FAIL, Don't buy this. Doesn't Fit right and cracks when you squeegee it.

Anyone try anything else?

You can use the spray cans available. Super easy to apply. Pain in the ass to remove.

In '08 I bought a set of smoke tint overlays for my GD3 (just for style), but never tried to install them and threw them away after some logical thought. The headlights are dim enough as-is. Why worsen the situation with a darker color?

headlightarmor has better kits.. Don't know why you'd want to tint your headlights though..

An older post... those are nothing more than vinyl for the interior of a flat sign. getting it to conform to the bulbous headlight on the Fit, optimistic for sure.

To each their own, our headlight protection kits are available in Clear, HID Blue, GT Yellow, and 3 levels of Smoked.

I totally agree with the name of this thread. Tinting your headlights is a fail
