What you guys think of silver?

I'm in the process of retrofitting Mini H1 projectors, what you guys think of silver?

Or should i just do gunmetal/black? cause the passenger side i bought is the base model which is like a gunmetal color

Thanks!

Does painting it black dim the lights projected out? also doesnt it get hot in there....will the paint fade over time requiring touch up (which would be a pita) over time

painting it black has no effect since its not reflector style no more, i'm using a projector which works on its own

I hope it'll last i used Hi Temp black paint from home depot, although they suggest sanding it first, but i didn't *crosses finger*
