LED H4/9003 Headlight bulbs...?
2x White H4 9003 HB2 18 5050 SMD Car Fog Light LED Bulb
Anyone have any experience or opinions on this?
Not even sure if this is high/low beam compatible... But it's cheap and I'm intrigued...
My instinct is this would be more show and not nearly enough light output to be safe to drive with.

Considering there's no mention of dual intensity or anything in regards to switching, it might not be switchable. Though, if you think about it, because the whole thing is circuits, it could easily have only the top half light up for low beam.
Even if you could switch it high/low... I don't know how the light output would be. Consider this, the "anti-PNP HID kit" crowd complain the shape and position of the HID is fundamentally different and "causes" the glare (both are at best a 1 cm sphere), can you imagine the reaction for this thing?
As for LED intensity being enough or not. I haven't seen many conclusive things about it, even though Caddy did try it for headlights.

if you notice, you'll see the LEDs cover almost as much area as the glass of an H4 halogen bulb. and they are all parallel on each of the sides, not angled to mimic a central focal point.
It might've been better if they had made it more spherical, but that would add to the cost of designing and manufacturing... which is completely against the "quick buck" mantra.

A quick buck is right. This could be fun/trick for those in the car show circuit at least.
I was just curious to play around with it - since I've got multiple ways of transport the fit can sit around in the garage a day or two.
If they could make something similar for the amber park lights it'd be slightly more functional, most LED alternatives for those bulbs don't last long and have less light output then the original oem ones...
Although maybe running this in my bike could be more useful because it'd be annoyingly visible and cage-driving folks 'round here tend to IGNORE us bikers.
