Get a pair of H4 12v Osram Hyper bulbs:
Susquehanna MotorSports - Detail
Go with the 70/65's, unless you feel like risking your wiring and lamp housings to see if the higher wattage 85/80's will do any damage. If you decide to try them, please do let the rest of us know how they work out.
No tint, better performance, really and truly more light than stock, with no more glare than stock. The extra light is especially noticeable on the low beam setting. I think the high beams on these cars suck out loud and just blow light everywhere, so it's hard to see as much improvement in the high beams. They're better, just not as much better as the low beams.
I've been running the bulbs for 13K miles, much of it at night, and they're still working just fine.
If you want looks, save your money because these look just like stock from the outside. But if you want more light they are well worth the money.

On second thought, don't. I had both of them burn out within a few weeks of each other. Not recommended, unless you think driving in the dark and getting fixit tickets. The extra light was nice but I am just not into replacing bulbs this often. Sigh, the search continues.
