well I just purchased a kit from HIDEXTRA, i connected every plug and it did nothing not even flicker, i removed the main plug that goes to the ballast and changed the polarity to see if it does anything and still nothing...the high beam does work.....I also tried the other ballast and still nothing..here is a pic of the kit never mind i cant post pics

 

please i know someone can help me i wish i can post pics to see if i even have the right kit.....the hid has a smaller halogen bulb that comes on when the high beam is on there are 4 plugs on the light side, the h4 three prong, the plug that runs to the ballast,and two other plugs that have a male/female plug.....
