I'm going to preface this with an apology that I'm a newb to headlights...

If I were to purchase this kit would I have to worry about any other 'projector' type headlight modifications so that I didnt have to worry about blinding other drivers or getting rolled by police? I live in SoCal and the cops will give tickets for any reason so just wonderin, thanks!

It does not look sweet, it looks absolutely ridiculous and cheap. You WILL be blinding oncoming drivers. You WILL get hassled by law enforcement. And in my area your car may even be impounded due to it being a safety hazard to other drivers, I have seen it happen plenty of times. If you want a better understanding as to why these are illegal read this thread:

Hey there,

These HID kits are direct relacement to OEM. They are not projectors, but HID kits instead.

As others have mentioned, there is a chance you may get trouble from law enforcement.

They engineered reflector headlights that have the mirrors properly directed and aimed to handle a xenon light source. The only two cars I know that did this are the earlier Prius and G35. And in my opinion both of those had horrible output, which is why both of those cars now use projectors.
