Lightbulb yellow bulbs. which to choose?

ive noticed lately theres a lot of talk about yellow fogs, whether it be film, paint or bulbs, and ive decided just to get new bulbs. (Thanks for everybodys input!)

but now im stuck between 2 yellow h11's.

1)NOKYA HYPER yellow (DRAW-55watts;OUTPUT-80watts)

2)LUMINICS JDM yellow(DRAW-55watts;OUTPUT-130watts)

Has anyone have any experience with the luminics?
Hows the "yellow" compare to eachother?

any input would be great and thankyou.

+1 on the Nokya's

I've had them for a few months now with no problems and I love the color. A few buddies of mine also have them also with zero problems.

nokyas all the way! check out my sig to see what they look like, i had some luminics ultra white in my fogs before and i had to take them out bec they over heated and formed bubbles on the sides of the bulbs, highly against buying luminics, plus the nokyas are legal, on the side of the luminics bulbs it says for show and offroad use only, the nokyas are way more yellow too

i've seen at least one person on these forums who uses Piaa's yellow bulbs.

if i were to get yellow bulbs, i would go with Piaas too. i've had luminics headlamps before and they didn't last long. nokya would be alright in my opinion, but Piaa is the one i'd trust.

I'm with you and I know I can always trust PIAA to make good lasting bulbs. I don't mind spending more for them as I believe I'm paying for a quality product.

Wondering if anyone who has PIAA's can share their experience.

I've used Luminics before and had good luck with them, right now I am running Texons in my fogs, and I have used those before and had good luck with them.

And just so you guys know, the marketing 55w=100w is all crap, there is no way a bulb can draw 55w and produce 100w, just cant be done.

ya the luminics i had in my fogs were the ultra white bulbs and they had a higher output temp than the yellow and they formed a bubble on the bulb, id still suggest going with the nokyas bec sure the piaas might last alittle longer but id never pay that much for a standard halogen bulb, if u want something that lasts than get a cheap 3000k hid kit and you wont have to worry about nothing, but nokya hyper yellows are ur best bet bec they are really yellow and really help out in the fog and to be able to see. you cant go wrong with a bulb thats under 20 bucks

Visit my buddies at Susquehanna Motorsports Home Page and get some Optilux Extreme Yellow bulbs. I had them in my stock fog lamps (changing them out for Hella's, more on that later) and they are very yellow and very bright. Quite effective when it's actually foggy and not to shabby looking the rest of the time.

Here's a link to their H11 page:
