how to do yellow fogs.

Try an arts and crafts store, that's the only place that had it here.
You can also use Duplicolor Metalcast yellow spray paint if you can't find the Krylon.
The Duplicolor paint might even be better because it's heat resistant and should be easier to find.

I used the Krylon stained glass paint and it came out great.
One person here on the forum used the Duplicolor Metalcast paint and had good results also. I can't remember who it was that recommended it.
I have used the Duplicolor Metalcast paints extensively, but not for painting foglight lenses. If I need to do mine again in the future, or paint some other lenses, I'm going to use the Duplicolor because it's also heat resistant up to I think 500 degrees.

I had both my fogs crack on me before i replace them I figure I'd give the Duplicolor Metalcast Yellow (part# MC202) a shot.
I removed my fogs from their mounts and cradles.
I then cleaned them and gave them a light wet sand to cleanup the exterior.
Once they were dry, I rigged up a spray booth in a cardboard box.
The can says to apply two light coats then a medium coat from approx. 8-10 inches away from surface. Then to apply each following coat roughly 10 mins apart.
It's recommended that you finish all coats within 1 hour.
Drying time is about 1hour.
3 hours until they are able to be handled.
7 days until they are fully cured.
I applied about 6 coats. The paint will appear hazy until it dries completely. At that point it will be visually transparent.
I think the color temp. is about what my old Luminics and Mtec bulbs put out.
Overall they look clean enough off and on.
I will report back tomorrow with photos of lights on and off.
and further information concerning flaking/fading/chipping/hazing/ or any other issues.
Overall, I paid $12.xx through Midway Auto Supply of of Dallas. (I used their online service and they were delivered within 3 days VIA Fedex ground) No automotive shop around Chicago had the MC202 in stock.btw.
