Hi everyone!

My name is Kyle, and I recently picked up a 2010 Fit Sport 5MT in Storm Silver Metallic. It had 82412 miles on it when I left the dealership, I've had it for about 2 weeks and have already put about 1000 miles on it, with holiday travel.

The Fit is my first Honda. I've always had a soft sport for S2000's and the 92-2000 Civics. I'm a car guy - I like a lot of cars for a lot of different reasons. I've been a Subaru guy for the last 5 years (owned 7 so far, still have 2, my first Subaru was my 05 STi and I still have it).

It's down for the winter, I'm changing the turbo/header setup. I can give more details on the whole build if that sort of thing is allowed/anyone is interested. I have more time and money into it than I care to admit.


Anyhow, I'm very happy with the Fit so far. The understeer, especially in the wet, is pretty atrocious so I'm planning to add a rear sway bar (looks like there's one made by Progress Auto that gets good reviews) and possibly going with wider tires on different wheels. But the cargo capacity is excellent, fuel economy is great, and driving it reminds me of the CRX/EJ Civic, which is a good thing as far as I'm concerned.

In the spring I'm planning to do a full detail, change out the MTF with new Honda OEM fluid, and I might throw some Hawk pads up front. I'm going to have the windows tinted and get some red transparent taillight overlays for part of the tailights (not a fan of the chrome). I'm considering putting a set of 17x7 RPF1's with 205/45/17's on it as well. In the future I may add an intake and catback, but I want to do a bit more research before I decide to do anything like that.

Thanks, and manual was a requirement. I've been looking at Fits on and off for a while now but wasn't going to make a move until I found the right one for the right price.
