New Fit Owner
Hi there,
I just recently, within the last three weeks purchased myself a 2012 Honda Fit Sport. Found myself here while doing a few modifications to the car. Anyway, really enjoying my Fit so far, nice MPG, more space than most people give it credit for, and some decent get up and go.
Anyway, there she is

P.S. I would carefully pick a wax with a dark/black paint color. I waxed my new red fit with Nu Finish after reading a Consumer Reports review, and I still haven't gotten all the residue off the trim... It could just be the wax, but there is more residue on the trim than any other car I have waxed.

try GoofOff. this thing took sealant with polish (Griot's OneStep Sealant) the other day off my black trim below the wipers in a spot i must have accidentally touched with my pad. worked great. you can get this pretty much anywhere... like at your popular hardware and discount stores.
i use a product called PrimaHydro over plastics, rubber, glass, everywhere on the car except the tires while it wipe the car down. this is a polymer based sealant in a spray. it protects plastics from UV and elements. can be had from amazon or detailersdomain.com i use it regularly on my dd's.
