Hey
Hey FitFreaks,
I'm looking at buying an 08 Honda Fit sport, preferable a manual. Tomorrow I'm going to be checking out the car I want from a dealer. It's gray, and has 41,961 miles on it. The listing price is $12,480, and from everywhere I've been looking, it seems like a pretty solid price. Just gotta test drive it and see how it looks. Hoping this will be the car. For a car with pretty low miles, I was wondering if anyone was able to buy it at a lower price than that? other than that, it fits the $10-13,000 budget. Looking forward to checking it out and owning it. If I do, I'll be sure to post pictures. Been using this website as a guide/inspiration.

With asking price from a dealer you can always go lower. They always have room. I would go to Edmunds and price it out. Serach craigslist and autotrader for the same year and options. The Fits has a pretty good resale value. So the price is not bad.
I have seen some with lower prices on craigslist but there is so many factors, such as location, color (purple seems to be lower priced), mileage, private versus dealer, and gas prices.
